Strolling through Mystic Seaport

As I continued my explorations of Mystic, CT I came across "Mystic Seaport, the Museum of America and the Sea." It was a great interactive maritime museum / re-created village of what a working shipyard was like in the early 19th century, that allowed visitors to climb aboard the different types of schooners, fishing and oyster boats, and other tall ships of that time. Founded in 1929, it is America's leading maritime museum today. Take a look!
