Live Like the Maasai!

1 day and a wake up call left to go. I found some video footage of the Masai Mara. What will make this trip fascinating is not only the observation of animals in the wilds, but the cultural interaction with the Maasai Tribe. Interestingly, they still live in the primitive lifestyle as their forebears. It will be humbling to be around people who live life without want of electricity, running water, and 21st century toys like flat screen tvs, laptops, and ipods. Being near the Maasai will be an eye-opening experience. Will especially owe much to the Maasai warriors who will be standing guard over the safari camp to ensure that none of us get eaten by hungry predators. LoL. Yep, will owe them big time....
